(Mobile, Alabama) — TAG/THE ARCHITECTS GROUP, INC. announces that two of their local projects have received 2011 Design of Distinction Awards from ASID Alabama.  TAG received the awards at the ASID Alabama Annual State Conference held in Huntsville, AL. TAG received 1st Place in the Institutional category for the Spring Hill College Student Center and 2^nd Place in the Institutional category for the Saraland High School.

TAG completed the Spring Hill College LEED® Silver Student Center in 2010.   TAG was the architect and Vance McCown Construction Company, Inc. was the contractor.  The Saraland High School was completed in 2009 with Volkert, Inc. as program managers, TAG as architect, and Rod Cooke Construction, Inc. as contractor.
