The AHEPA 310 Senior Living Apartments facility sits on a wooded, sloping lot adjacent to Rock Creek in Daphne, Alabama. The 3-story facility contains 39 apartment units with amenities including a community activity room with a full kitchen, craft room, exercise room and computer room. The site’s topography and adjacent wetlands required careful planning and extensive retaining walls in order to not infringe on the wetland areas. TAG has worked with AHEPA for over thirty years providing design and construction management services for many facilities, and continues to provide them with top quality services today.
