TAG renovated the RSA Renaissance Riverview Hotel in downtown Mobile. The new design relocates the main entrance to Royal Street and incorporates restaurant/ outdoor cafe areas at Water Street. The $17,000,000 renovation included roofing, waterproofing and facade renovation, hotel entry court, mechanical, elctrical, plumbing upgrades, hotel and parking garage elevators, parking garage updates and signage.
