TAG provided LPC Properties with an interior and exterior renovation of 2,500 square-feet of an existing historic building downtown (original building constructed in 1866). Work includes complete structural damage assessment and repair as well as new balcony at Royal Street, new facade and complete interior renovation. The project was completed in 2007.
